To view completed Task
Step 1
To view as list of complete task in your project, first you need to go to Window option and then select Filter For All Tasks. Next, you need to choose Completed Task to let Microsoft Project display a list of completed task.
Step 2
You can now start using the other types of view available in the system. To change the setting back to normal, use the All Task option.
