To set the information on your project

Step 1

It is actually to change the information on your bar to customize information on your chart. For example System Analyst, that is a resource appears on your bar. It is for you to change it to something else for example %completion of project.

Step 2

Next, you need to double click on your task, which is blue in color. Then another window will appear as illustrated here.

Step 3

Later, in the bar text, change the right column into % complete and then click Ok when you have done.
